Said and done. I went to the gym. The fact that last year's PJ would not fit is the kick that I needed to start... Get ready for the new SUPERKAY!!!!
Start with some cardio to lose all that extra baby weight...
Then work up a bit the upper torso. Arms and chest... I will be a rick when I am done!
I finished up with some abs... I was dead tired. Fortunately, I had help. Now I need to lie down...
